Air India’s debt as of 31 Aug, 2021 owed primarily to banks, oil firms and airports.

Total outstanding debt if current liabilities of ₹15,834 crore are also taken into account.

Debt amount that will be repaid by Tata Sons holding company Talace Pvt Ltd as part of their acquisition of Air India.
