Srisailam Dam. At 15.67% of its full capacity of 61,111 million litres, compared to 16.28% at the same time last year.

Nagarjuna Dam. At 55.84% of its full capacity of 88,363 million litres, compared to 54.70% at the same time last year. The dam, built across the Krishna river, is situated on the border of Nalgonda district in Telangana and Guntur district in Andhra Pradesh. The dam provides irrigation water to the Nalgonda, Suryapet, Krishna, Khammam, West Godavari, Guntur and Prakasam districts along with hydro electricity generation.

Dr. KLRS Pulichintala Dam. At 27.16% of its full capacity of 12,961 million litres, compared to 10.92% at the same time last year. The project is a multipurpose project serving irrigation needs, a 120 MW hydro power generation and flood control. It is a crucial irrigation facility for farmers in 4 coastal districts of West Godavari, Krishna, Guntur and Prakasam covering 13 lakh acres.

Yeleru Dam. At 49.71% of its full capacity of 6,824 million litres, compared to 52.49% at the same time last year. The reservoir is the source of water for the city of Visakhapatnam.

Somasila Dam. At 61.82% of its full capacity of 22,087 million litres, compared to 38.92% at the same time last year. A major water body in the Nellore district, water from the reservoir is used to irrigate 9.25 lakh acres of land. It is the main source of drinking water for Kavali municipality of nearly 1.2 lakh population.

Kandaleru Dam. At 69.78% of its full capacity of 19,264 million litres, compared to 37.00% at the same time last year. Water from the reservoir is used to irrigate 2.5 lakh acres of land. The reservoir is downstream to the Somasila reservoir.

Velogodu Balancing Reservoir. At 20.36% of its full capacity of 4,771 million litres, compared to 16.85% at the same time last year.

Chitravathi Balancing Reservoir. At 85.00% of its full capacity of 2,832 million litres, compared to 100.00% at the same time last year.

Almatti Dam. At 20.70% of its full capacity of 34,853 million litres, compared to 0.00% at the same time last year. Data as on 26 May.

Ujjaini Dam. At 47.40% of its full capacity of 33,199 million litres, compared to 0.00% at the same time last year. Data as on 26 May.

Narayanapura Reservoir. At 69.18% of its full capacity of 9,435 million litres, compared to 0.00% at the same time last year. Data as on 26 May.

Jaikwadi Dam. At 53.35% of its full capacity of 29,090 million litres, compared to 0.00% at the same time last year. Data as on 26 May.

Sriram Sagar Dam (aka Pochampadu Dam) Dam. At 20.89% of its full capacity of 25,573 million litres, compared to 0.00% at the same time last year. Built across the Godavari river in Telangana it serves irrigational needs in Karimnagar, Warangal, Adilabad and Nizamabad districts. It also provides drinking water to Warangal city. There is a hydroelectric plant working at the dam site, with 4 turbines each with 9 MW capacity generating 36 MW.

Jurala Dam. At 100.00% of its full capacity of 2,735 million litres, compared to 0.00% at the same time last year. Data as on 26 May.
