Flow Power announces it has signed a 10 year 'Corporate Renewable Power Purchase Agreements' PPA for 69 MW of the project's output. Leading wine maker Australian Vintage and iconic snack food manufacturer Snack Brands, will receive wholesale solar generation from the project through this PPA via Flow Power.

Westpac announces a power purchase agreement (PPA) under which the bank will source 63 GWh of output annually from the project.

Electricity network owner, Spark Infrastructure acquires the project from Renew Estate. Spark has 49% ownership interest in Victoria Power Networks that owns Beon. At the same time, it also has ownership interest of 15% in TransGrid.
