Planning approval was granted by the State Government for the development of up to 115 wind turbines.

'Imminent' delivery of 2 main transformers manufactured by Wilson Transformer. Deliveries to the site will begin in the next few days following a 25-week manufacturing process. The two main transformers will arrive first, followed by a staggered delivery of 44 kiosk transformers over the next few months. The overall deal size is worth $7 million.

30% of the towers fabricated by Keppel Prince have been delivered to site. The rest wait in their yard, waiting to be delivered.

13 of the 44 wind farm’s towers are now complete, with blades installed on four towers. Three turbines will go in each week between now and the project’s mid-year completion.
