Amount owed by Maharashtra State Electricity Distribution Company’s (MSEDCL) to renewable energy companies in Feb 2017, particulalry wind energy companies such as Renew Power, ACME Solar, Continuum Wind Energy, Hindustan Cleanenergy, Indo Rama and Panama Wind Energy.

Amount owed as of Jul 2017 - Rs. 1,900 crore dues cleared over 5 months.

Average lag in payments reported by suppliers such as ReNew Energy. This has improved from an average of 12 months reported around two years ago. Wind power producers attribute the improvement in situation due to the impact of implementation of the government's UDAY scheme around a year ago.
