Date of launch of the scheme by Hon’ble Power Minister of Tripura, Sh. Manik Dey. Under this scheme, efficient LED bulbs, tubelights and fans will be sold in the state by Energy Efficiency Services Limited (EESL) at highly competitive prices. The planned numbers are:

domestic 9W LED bulbs at a discounted price of Rs. 70 against market price of Rs 350.

fans at a price of Rs. 1,150.

tubelights at a price of Rs. 230.

+ residents across the state to benefit. The state is likely to save Rs. ? crore each year through these efficiency measures.

Number of domestic LED bulbs sold as on last modified date. 32% of target achieved.

Energy saved per year on account of switching to domestic LED bulbs.

Amount consumers across the state will save each year as a result of switching to LED bulbs.

Number of fans sold as on last modified date. 17.7% of target achieved.

Number of tubelights sold as on last modified date. 9.4% of target achieved.
