    lights to be replaced by more efficient LED based ones as part the LED Plan. 2,500 fluorescent lights in council buildings and 1,000 city-owned street lights will be replaced with LED units, decreasing energy consumption by 40 to 60 per cent.

    reduction in CO2 emissions each year once the replacements are completed.

    estimated savings each year as a result of the replacements.
